MOSES ISHOLA FALADE
I Really Appreciate God in the life of Pastor S O Falade. If you do not move close to him you will definitely not understand him. He based his life on the word of God. One him one Bible. Everything he did was based on the word of God. He has led so many souls to Christ. Even though my parents were believers in Christ, so many years ago he help solidify the relation in Christ.
Baba Loves Jesus he once told me a story about his divine encounter with Our Lord Jesus. It was miraculous. Out of all his friends drinking he was chosen.
One of so many Bible verses he love to talk about is find in Psalm 18:45 Àyà yóò pá àlejò;
wọn yóò sì fi ìbẹ̀rù jáde láti ibi kọ́lọ́fín wọn.
I end this with a saying to him. GOOD BOY BIG DADDY.
Continue to rest in the Blosson of our Lord.
Your Legacy will remain forever UP JESUS UP JESUS UP JESUS.

You never tolerated sins and has been a minister of Holiness , faith and evangelism as you brought our entire family to know the saviour . We know that the crown of righteousness and rejoicing 1 Thes 2:19, incorruptible crown (1 Cor 9:24-25) and crown of Glory 1 Peter 5:2-4 are being given to you as we speak following the word of the Lord to you to be welcome a good and faithful servant!!!
We have continually benefited from your teachings and you lived an exemplary life in the eyes of man and God. Sir I remember the days you will call me and say Baba Ayo where are you? Meet me at the church without me hesitating. In addition, I did appreciate all the training and mentoring throughout and over the years.
We will deeply miss you, and we know that God knows the best for his General when he calls them home !!!

Farewell to big daddy, aka “Up Jesus”.
In over four decades that I knew big daddy, I knew him to be consistent in the work of his maker. Big daddy was an exuberant preacher of the word of God and an ardent evangelist. He loved the Lord and the things of the Lord, particularly evangelism. The bible says he that wins a soul is wise. Big daddy was indeed wise as his priorities is the heartbeat of God. He touched and impacted so many lives by sharing the gospel, many gave their lives to God through his evangelism and have become ministers of God themselves. Big daddy was well loaded with the word of God and he targeted these appropriately to the needs of the people that he came in contact with. Majority of my conversation with big daddy was based on the word of God, he particularly loved the book of Isaiah, with his most featured verses being:
Isaiah 45:2 – I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. (Èmi yóò síwájú rẹ lo, èmi ó sì tẹ́ àwọn òkè ńlá pẹrẹsẹ, Èmi yóò fọ gbogbo ẹnu-ọ̀nà idẹ, èmi ó sì gé ọ̀pá irin).
Isaiah 54:13 – All your children shall be taught by the Lord, And great shall be the peace of your children.(Gbogbo ọ̀dọ́mọkùnrin rẹ ni Olúwa yóò kọ́, àlàáfíà àwọn ọmọ rẹ yóò jẹ́ ńlá àti púpọ̀).
Isaiah 26:3 – You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. (Ìwọ yóò pa á mọ́ ní àlàáfíà pípé, ọkàn ẹni tí ó dúró ṣinṣin, nítorí ó gbẹ́kẹ̀lé ọ).
Big daddy has a good sense of humour and he can get serious very quickly when it comes to the things of the Lord. He will hardly complete two sentences without relating it to God, you will constantly hear him say things like: ‘Jesu se o’, ‘Oluwa seun o’ Opelope Jesu o’, and so on.
Death is an inevitable part of life, it’s a harsh reality that should make us all question if we are in right standing with our maker and if we are on the right path to heaven, this is surely a review that big daddy would no doubt like us all to do. Big daddy has done his part. He has fought the good fight, he has finished the race and he has kept the faith, 2nd Timothy 4:7.
I wish you a glorious farewell big daddy. Rest in Perfect Peace at the bosom of Jesus that you loved so much. Up Jesus!
Big Daddy,
A soldier to the very end, that I will never forget about you.
You always carried your Bible with you and never missed an opportunity to pray for me.
As you’ve ran the good race here on earth, it’s time to enjoy your heavenly rewards
Rest well Big Daddy!
BIG DADDY, thank you!
Thank you Big Daddy for being a voice I heard God speak through. Thank you for your home remedies when my stomach would hurt. Thank you for the visits just to check in and pray. I only hear the words “Where’s your bible” in your voice and I probably always will.
One thing that has stuck with me to this day is when Big Daddy said “I don’t have a religion, I have faith”. In a world that is forever changing rules, he let me know there is One that never changes. Big Daddy you are a man of GREAT FAITH. I now thank the Lord for your life and the impact you made in so many lives. You have done all you needed to do and more, I know you are rejoicing in heaven with God, the God you lived for. Rest in Peace and Honour. A FAITHFUL SOLDIER OF CHRIST.
Love, Abimbola

Dearest Big Daddy. In my young eyes years ago to now, you were indeed the big daddy, patriarch of the family, a figure who commanded respect and reverence. You never wasted an opportunity to teach Truth, to instil Godly fear and discipline, or share the good news of Jesus.
I remember moments from my childhood when taking a quick break from playing with my friends and cousins; I would run into you in the living room and find myself in an unanticipated sermon and Bible study. At the time, I didn’t understand the importance of your presence in my life. As I’ve grown and heard the many testimonies shared since your passing, I can appreciate even more that you were unwavering in your resolve, unashamed of your saviour, and a man of great faith. You were obedient and bold with the message throughout your lifetime; whether your audience was 7-year-old children seeking a drink during playtime, lifelong church-goers or a busload of commuters.
I see a model for me to also run with; someone who was as God created him to be and was relentless to fulfil all that God had asked of him.
Proverbs 10:7 states, “The memory of the righteous is a blessing …”
Thank you for gracing us with your presence and inspiring a deep reverence for the Lord. As we reflect on your physical life, we remember that you were a blessing, that we are blessed, and are inspired to be a blessing to others through your example.
Thank you Big Daddy. Enjoy your heavenly rewards, eternal rest and everlasting life with King Jesus.
From your niece, Joy.
Daddy, I thank God that our paths crossed. You were my Pastor for over 20 years. From you I learnt self discipline regarding prayers and relationships. You were indeed Jesus Army!! It is sad that we will not see you checking at our door again?I know you are with Jesus in that I am happy. Rest on BIG Daddy?till we meet and part no more. Mo ti fun baba Jamal ni kiss laaro yi, bi e se ma n so fun *mi*. Adeu Sir.

My dad was a unique soul. Someone who answered the greater vision for his life. Outside of what human eyes could manifest he always saw beyond He put God first in everything and taught us to do the same. The last thing he said to me was I love you.
He always said ‘I love you but God loves you most’. I’m going to miss helping him pick out outfits for his days out; sharing the kitchen with him and even our conversation. I’m going to miss his stories and all the memories I didn’t get to make with him. I vow to keep my head in the word of God and always read my UCB just as he raised my siblings and I.
Daddy , I’m so proud of you because you’ve achieved the highest accomplishment. I know you’re dancing in heaven listening to Baba Ara with Iya agba. Celebrating because you never have to learn another phone password again. A man after Gods Heart.
Love you always your Busayo x
Daddy, you came, you saw, you conquered! You’re a good Father, one in a million. Although it was painful not being able to see you before you pass on when I was planning to come home and have a chat with you, I was supposed to meet you alive but I guess God had a different plan. But I know your work’s for the Lord will speak for you. Well, I believe you left this sinful world to rest at the bossom hand of God because you have fought a good fight of faith and conquered. I love you Dad but Jesus loves you more. May your gentle soul rest in peace. Till we meet again. Love you Dad.
Falade Opejesu A.(son)
It is a good thing to serve the Lord and I am happy that you served Him diligently your way and made others to serve Him as well.
It was good to have known you and be part of your family.
We love you but God love you more.
Rest in perfect peace till we meet again.
A short tribute
To a gallant soldier, a soldier of Christ. Baba Solo, a good teacher of the word of God, a practical Daddy to me and my family. Adieu. To meet on the Resurrection Day. Up, Up Jesus, Down, Down satan.
A short tribute from the Fagbola Family
There are those very rare occasions; no matter how hard you try, you can’t find the right way or the right words to express your thoughts & inner feelings. This is indeed the situation I found myself in. Words become strictly scares & inadequate to describe a very dedicated, loving, caring, amiable Dad (Abiyamo tooto) like you. I don’t know how to do justice in writing ” TRIBUTE” to all the years of support, discipline, strength, advice, motivation, etc.
Mrs TEMITOPE OLOYEDE ( NEE FALADE)
I knew Daddy for just four months, but he became my second daddy. In him I saw a man who loves God unconditionally. In him I saw a man who was completely sold out to God.
The second time I visited him, he asked me, “Is there anything you want me to pray with you about?” That question brought tears to my eyes. No one has ever asked me that, and I told him so. I knelt down, and he prayed for me and God answered his prayers.
Six days before he passed on, I visited him again, and he said he had made tuwo and asked to serve me. I was on my way from work and was in a hurry to get home, so I told him I would visit him again and eat with him. I regret not eating with him that day, but I am glad I went when he called.
And most importantly, I know Daddy is resting in the bosom of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Through him, I learnt what it means to truly trust in Jesus and profess Him as Lord over everything. He would always says, “I am never alone; Jesus is ALWAYS with me. All I have, Jesus gave to me; without Him, I am nothing.”
Continue to rest in the bosom of our Lord, Baba Up Jesus. It was a great privilege to encounter you while you were here. Thank you for your impact. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah.
Grandpa was a man of great character, kindness, and generosity. He always had a smile on his face and a kind word to offer. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, who cherished his family above all else.
We will always remember the special moments we shared with him, the stories he told, and the lessons he taught us. His love and guidance will continue to inspire us for years to come.
Rest in peace, Grandpa. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Sincerely,
Feranmi
Daddy Falade,
We thank God for the life you lived, a life well spent in Christ. Though we would have wanted to have you here with us for more years, but your Redeemer has called you home to rest. We are grateful for the gift of knowing you, you were a gentle, peaceful and humble man. Your legacy will continue to live on, and your memories will forever remain in our hearts. Keep resting in the Bossom of your father.
The Adeosuns
Dearest Daddy,
I would like to appreciate God almighty, for making you my father. All the years spent with you, you have always taught me about Christ and his love for us ( wish we had more time together).
Whenever you shared your testimonies and how you encounter Gods favour, always gave me reassurance and built up my faith even more.
I remember my younger years, how you always told us that “those people you are watching have made their money, so go and read”, (which was very true).
I will miss your stories, even though I heard it many times. I will miss seeing you carry your bible and telling me your going out. I will miss calling your phone constantly and you not answering.
It’s difficult writing about you this way, in my mind you would always be around forever. But I believe God wanted you by his side.
Daddy thank you for being the man and father God wanted you to be. Thank you for leading us in the way of God, where you stopped we shall continue to preach and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I love you dearly daddy, but we know God loves you more.
Till we meet again.
Your daughter
Oluwafunmilayo
My Daddy, My One and Only. Ko si rival in heaven and on earth. Whether you’re here with me on Earth or watching over me in heaven you will always be my number one.
I never thought loosing you would open my eyes to the wonders and beauty of God, but it has. Although you’re no longer here, Daddy you truly left a legacy behind. I’ve heard so many stories of people you have won to Christ and helped them know Christ better. You lived your life and raised your family with intention and purpose of Jesus Christ at the centre.
Despite the challenges life threw your way, you always had faith that could move mountains (and I witnessed those mountains move). A faith I never fully understood but I pray that our Heavenly Father (who you are now in the presence of) grants me that level of faith.
I really miss you but I can’t help but imagine what you were like when you finally met the one you spoke of your whole life. The King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Our Jehovah Jireh. Tears still fall from my eyes every-time I remember I can’t just pick up the phone to tell you I love you, but the Holy Spirit, my comforter (who you told me so much about) is reminding me that you have simply graduated to the next level and there’s no sorrow here. So I wipe my eyes look up to heaven and walk in the confidence of Christ. Because Greater is He that is in Me.
Until we meet again My Father and my First Love. I love you and I’m so Proud of you Daddy.
Love From Oluwafeyikemi (Omo Daddy)
To my Daddy.
I pray you rest in perfect peace. Thank you for the lessons you have taught me in my life so far. Thank you for the love you have shown me and thank you for guiding me to Gods promise. I will truly miss you. Your stories and your special everlasting soup. Thank you for gracing this earth with your presence and impacting not only your family but many others in this world.
You would always say that whatever my hand finds fit to do, to do it with all my strength and might. I can surely say that this is a message that I have engraved within my soul. I will continue to do whatever my hand finds fit to do and do it with all my strength and might for the rest of my life and make you proud.
I am excited for the day we will meet again. In a world where there will be no more crying or mourning or death (Rv21:4) but until then I pray you will find comfort in being with the creator and learning more about the secrets of Heaven and the plan God has for us all.
Gone but never forgotten, Love from Oluwafikunayomi.
